From Rock Bottom to Rock Solid: The Story Behind Our Name
My name is Patrick Workman, and Rock Bottom Recovery & Restoration isn’t just a company—it’s my story.

In my late teens, I hit rock bottom. I battled addiction, cycled through multiple stints in rehab, and eventually spent 2.5 years incarcerated. I lost a lot, but I never gave up. Since my release, I’ve been sober for nearly 8 years. I rebuilt my life from the ground up—starting with bartending, then learning how to rebuild homes, and eventually selling software to restoration companies across the country. That’s where I found my calling.

Restoration isn’t just about fixing homes. It’s about helping people recover from the unexpected. It’s about showing up on someone’s worst day and being the calm in the storm. I know what that feels like—because I’ve lived it. And now, I’ve dedicated my life to doing the same for others.

Today, I’m a husband and a father to four amazing kids. Everything I do is for them. Starting this company wasn’t just a business move—it was a promise. A promise to provide, to lead, and to be there for my family and my community.
