At Rock Bottom Recovery & Restoration, our name is more than a brand — it’s a promise.

We know what it means to hit rock bottom — to feel like everything has collapsed and you don’t know where to turn. That’s why every job we take on is about more than just drying walls, removing mold, or repairing storm damage. It’s about helping people rebuild from the lowest points — just like we did.

But while we’re rooted in restoration, our vision goes much further.

Our Long-Term Mission

We’re building something bigger than a service business. We’re building a movement of restoration, resilience, and renewal — for homes, for families, and for communities.

Here’s what we’re working toward:

1. Industry-Changing Excellence

Our short-term wins are important — but we’re not stopping there. Our long-term goal is to become the most trusted name in restoration across the Midwest by:

  • Delivering white-glove service during the most chaotic moments in our clients’ lives

  • Investing in continuous training, certification, and technology that keeps us ahead of the curve

  • Building a team that shares our grit, integrity, and compassion

2. A Network of Local Impact

We aim to expand our presence across Illinois and into neighboring states — not with a cookie-cutter franchise model, but with community-based teams who know their neighborhoods and serve with heart.

We envision satellite teams and offices that provide rapid response while staying local and personal.

3. Restoring People, Not Just Property

Our company was born from a journey of personal rock bottom, and part of our vision is to give back to others on that same path.

That’s why we plan to:

  • Launch a vocational training program for people rebuilding their lives — returning citizens, those recovering from addiction, and others ready for a second chance

  • Create a Restoration Scholarship Fund to help families in need cover deductibles or uninsured damage

  • Partner with community organizations and shelters to provide pro-bono cleanup and remediation work

4. The Rock Bottom Recovery Center

Our ultimate dream is to build the Rock Bottom Recovery Center — a facility that offers:

  • Housing and job training for people rebuilding their lives

  • Community events focused on mental health, family restoration, and disaster preparedness

  • A physical symbol of our mission: helping people rise when they’ve hit their lowest

Our Promise Moving Forward

We’re not in this to be average. We’re in this to be essential — the people you call when your life has been turned upside down and you need someone who gets it.

Every job we do funds this mission. Every satisfied client gets us closer to building a company that leaves a legacy of healing, not just fixing.

When you see the Rock Bottom Recovery & Restoration logo, know this:

You’re not just hiring a contractor.

You’re partnering with people who believe in your comeback story — because we lived our own.
