Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I manage facilities for our company Nationwide. Saw they were a locally owned company and I always try to use local. They answered immediately with a solution that worked for us right after we had the flood. The tech worked until late at night with a positive attitude and left our break room and offices smelling clean and no water on the floor. Would recommend and use again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently experienced flooding in my basement. I called Patrick at Rock Bottom and it was the best move I could’ve made. They were very quick to get there and start the work. The customer service and professionalism was top-notch. Patrick and his team finished the job quickly and all at a very reasonable price. What a relief to have this problem behind me. I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Rock Bottom helped us out in a pinch! We needed some remediation and drywall work done in a hurry and they were there to answer the call. Our basement is dry and clean, problem drywall is removed and reconstruction will begin soon. The team was extremely thorough with inspection and the drying process. On top of it all, the guys were all very kind and patient, answering our many questions - really important during a stressful time like this. I can’t recommend Patrick, Jacen, and Josiah enough (plus anyone else on their team). Hope to see their budding business grow for years to come!
